The Newlyweds

This weekend we went to Phoenix for a long awaited wedding. Josh and Paige have been dating since Brandon and I were a new couple. I remember Josh wanting to ask Paige out when he was 16 and everyone gave him a tough time because Paige was only 13. Can you believe it? It was a beautiful wedding and of course Paige was an elegant bride. Brandon and I had a great time and thank the Dunn's for a lovely evening.

Austin asks, "If I am 5 when I go to sleep and 6 when I wake up, how old am I if I wake up to go pee in the middle of the night?"

Grandma and Aunt Carin are talking to the lady at the photo studio as they are discussing the pictures we want taken and Austin is just standing there listening to them. Then, Austin comes over to Brandon & I with his eyes filled with tears and he says to us "I don't want any shots". Wrong kind of shots sweetheart :)

Adjusting to life with our new baby girl...

Nathan says, "I love my baby sister."

Austin says, "Natalee, I'm your biggest brother."

We are walking through Target and Mommy says, "Boys, slow down, mommy can't walk that fast with the baby in my tummy." So, the boys slow down but Austin slows WAY down and starts lagging behind. Austin says, "Slow down, I've got triplet babies!"

Nathan says "I love you Austin". Austin says, "I love you Nathan"... "forever and ever and ever".

Austin says, "I'm going to sleep with my brother forever." Mom says, "What about when you grow up and get married? Aren't you going to sleep with your wife- like mommy and daddy?" Austin, "No, she can sleep in the grown-ups room."
